Can I feed the device directly into the network/main supply?

This inverter does not feed power into the home grid. It is a stand-alone off-grid inverter.

Why does the hybrid inverter not recognize my solar modules?

The working PV range of this hybrid inverter is 55-450Vdc. If the connected solar modules don't reach a total of 55Vdc, the hybrid inverter will not recognize your solar system/PV array. We recommend you to connect at least 3 pieces of 24V solar panel in paralle.

Can I also operate the inverter without a battery?

This inverter must work with a battery.

How do I calculate the minimum number of panels to be connected?

The working voltage for 12V solar panels is 15 to 19V and for 24V it is 30 to 38V. 

In a series connection, 4 solar panels with 12V (15*4=60V) and 2 solar panels with 24V (30*2=60V) are required.

We recommend connecting one more solar panel for safety.

Can a lithium battery be connected?

Yes, this hybrid inverter is compatible with Li-ion battery. Some models includes the function of BMS communication between your LiFePo4 batteries and the inverter.
